Everyone has heard the phrase ‘life stops after you have kids’ but does anyone truly believe that anymore? If you do, do not be sucked into that thinking or that way of life.

Before I had kids my sister-in-law said something that I will never forget “having kids is being able to show your best friend everything you love and reliving it for the first time”. When my husband and I had our first child we were determined to continue doing all the activities we loved, with of course, modifications.

Most of our ‘activities’ require gear in some aspect or another.
